In the background you can see the old Marcos home and Castle, Many years ago the Philippines turned it into Peoples park after the Marcos times.  Its a very beautiful area.  There is a small fee charged at the entrance but I think you would probably enjoy what you see and it does hold quiet a bit of history of the Philippines.
